How to Cancel Your Subscription in Blitz Rocket
If you need to cancel your subscription or free trial in Blitz Rocket, this article will walk you through the steps and explain what to do if you run into any issues.
Cancelling Your Subscription
You can manage your subscription directly from your billing settings:
- Log in to your Blitz Rocket account.
- Navigate to Settings > Team > Billing.
- Locate your current plan or active trial.
- Follow the on-screen prompts to cancel your subscription or trial.
Cancelling a Free Trial
If you are on a free trial and are having trouble cancelling, you may find that the self-serve cancellation option is not available in all cases. This can happen depending on how your trial was set up.
If you cannot cancel your trial from the billing page, please contact our support team via the live chat widget. A member of our team will be able to cancel your trial manually on your behalf.
What Happens After Cancellation
- You will receive confirmation once your subscription or trial has been cancelled.
