My Competition Page Is Live But Showing Nothing
If your Blitz Rocket competition page appears to be live but is displaying blank or showing no content, don't panic — this is most commonly caused by a domain propagation delay.
What Is Domain Propagation?
When a custom domain is connected to your competition page, it can take some time for the domain settings to fully propagate across the internet. During this window, some users (including yourself) may see a blank or broken page, while others may already see it loading correctly.
How Long Does It Take?
Domain propagation typically takes anywhere from a few minutes to 48 hours, depending on your domain registrar and DNS settings. In most cases, it resolves within a couple of hours.
What to Do While You Wait
- Check from another device or network — try opening the page on your phone using mobile data, or ask a friend to check. If they can see it, propagation is still in progress on your end.
- Clear your browser cache — sometimes your browser has cached an old (blank) version of the page. Try a hard refresh (
Ctrl + Shift + Ron Windows,Cmd + Shift + Ron Mac) or open the page in a private/incognito window. - Wait and check again — if your competition start date is still a day or more away, the page will almost certainly be fully live well before then.
