My New Campaign Says It Has Already Ended – How to Fix the Launch Date and Status
If you've just created a new campaign in Blitz Rocket but it's showing as already ended, don't worry — this is a quick fix. You'll need to update two settings in the Launch area of your campaign: the launch date and the campaign status.
Why Does My Campaign Say It Has Already Ended?
When a new campaign is created, the start and end dates may default to dates in the past, or the campaign status may not be set correctly. This causes Blitz Rocket to display the campaign as ended even though you haven't run it yet.
How to Fix It
- Open your campaign in Blitz Rocket.
- Navigate to the Launch section (found in your campaign's settings or sidebar menu).
- Update the launch date — set the start date to today or your intended start date, and set a future end date for when you want the campaign to close.
- Check the campaign status and make sure it is set to Active (or your intended live status). If it is set to a status such as "Ended" or "Draft", update it accordingly.
- Save your changes.
Key Things to Check
- Launch date: Ensure the start date is not in the past (unless you intended a past start date) and that the end date is set to a future date.
- Campaign status: Confirm the status reflects what you want — for example, Active for a live campaign.
Once both settings are corrected in the Launch area, your campaign should display correctly and be open for entries.
